About Us

Rooted in agriculture, driven by quality

We bridge the gap between farmers & consumers

Payyanad Farmers Producer Company Limited was built on a simple belief - the people who grow our food deserve fair value, and the people who eat it deserve honesty. Farmers here faced a recurring problem: after a full season of cultivation, fluctuating market prices often wiped out their margins. We exist to change that.

We collect raw produce - coconut, jackfruit, banana, spices and more - directly from farmers across 9 villages in the Tuneri cluster, Kozhikode. Everything is processed and packaged at our own facility under strict quality and hygiene standards - cold press coconut oil, sweet coconut chips, and spice saplings.

No middlemen. No shortcuts. Just clean, traceable food - from Kerala farms to your table.

Objectives

Collective procurement of inputs at lower cost, primary processing and value addition to reduce market risk, and a bridge between farmers and multiple remunerative markets. We also provide logistics for storage and transport, link farmers to credit services, and advocate for better agricultural practices.

Value proposition

"Tie-up with institutional players, supplying required quantity at timely delivery with consistent quality."

Why we exist

Farmers shouldn't have to sell their harvest at a loss

Kerala coconut farmers faced a cycle of price volatility and limited market access - forced to sell raw produce to local traders at whatever price was offered. Payyanad FPC was formed to break that cycle: by adding value at source, opening institutional and retail channels, and returning fair prices directly to our farmer members.

Our Mission & Values

Everything we do is guided by three commitments

🤝

Farmer Support

We procure directly from member farmers at fair prices - eliminating middlemen so farmers earn the true value of their hard work, season after season.

🔬

Quality Processing

From copra drying to osmotic dehydration and packaging, every batch is handled under strict hygiene at our in-house facility.

💚

Customer Trust

We earn trust through consistency - freshness, authenticity, and traceability in every product we deliver.
